U.S. Regional Relocation Groups

U.S. Regional relocation groups are local networks of talent mobility professonals across the United States, with many participants also being WERC members They bring together talent mobility professionals from a specific geographic area. These groups typically consist of:

  • Corporate Talent Mobility and Relocation/ Human Resources Managers: Professionals responsible for employee relocation within their companies.
  • Service Providers: Companies offering relocation services like household goods transportation, home sale/purchase assistance, and settling-in services.
  • Industry Experts: Consultants, lawyers, and other professionals specializing in employee mobility.

  • Professional Development: WERC partners with regional groups to offer educational programs, workshops, and other resources to help members stay current in their field. U.S. regional relocation groups typically apply for and receive recertification credits for their educational sessions that can be applied to renewing a Certified Relocation Professional (CRP®) or Global Mobility Specialist (GMS®) certification.
