Sessions will be offered in both 60-minute and 30-minute formats. Remember, no sales pitches—just practical insights and takeaways that help move our industry forward. 

We welcome a variety of session types to keep the learning fresh and engaging. Consider submitting a proposal in one of the following formats:

• Demonstration: Show a product, process, or concept in action to provide real-time insight and understanding.

• Fishbowl: Host a dynamic discussion where a rotating group of participants shares ideas while the audience listens in and joins the conversation.

• Skill-building Workshop: Lead a hands-on session designed to teach specific skills through interactive activities and practical application.

• Solution Room: Facilitate a collaborative space where attendees work together to identify and solve real-world challenges.

• Think Tank: Bring together experts and participants to brainstorm innovative ideas and strategies that address complex industry issues.

Please note: WERC will only accept up to three submissions per person.

All proposals will be reviewed and selected by a volunteer committee of your industry peers—for the people, by the people. Submitted proposals will be considered not only for the main WERC Global 25 conference but also for the Immigration and Tax Strategic Summits taking place ahead of the core event.
