As the exclusive sponsor of the All-Attendee Wednesday Lunch, your company will be prominently recognized on the agenda, signage, napkins, website, and mobile app. Additional benefits include the option to place collateral on the lunch tables.

Use one of the Executive Suites at the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center for your meetings during GWS 2024. The 800 -1000 square foot executive suite includes a standard guest room with an expanded living and dining area perfect for private meetings. One additional round table can be added to the living room for additional seating. Note, no bedroom furniture can be moved. Check in is Wednesday, October 23 at 1600 and check-out is Friday, October 25 at 1100. Additional nights beyond these dates will be at the sponsor’s expense and based on availability.

Reach all registered attendees before, during, or after GWS 2024 with an e-mail crafted by you. One (1) available per day of the conference and (3) three available each for pre- or post-conference. The final copy and design are subject to WERC approval. Sponsors are responsible for providing HTML.
